For someone that has been suffering with migraines since 8yrs of age, I can say that cold on the head helps. It doesn’t make it go away complete but it give a little relief until you treatment starts to work. Was very happy to get this to help with those really bad episodes. I would suggest to have this with either migraines, headaches, or if you have a fever and need that cooling effect.

Works better than I expected. Stays soft even in the freezer. I already bought another one. The cooling pad covers from temple to temple and the cutout for your nose allows the pad to apply a gentle pressure on your eyes. Buy two you won't regret it.
